Exit Transport Inc. uses the information you submit to respond to service inquiries, review owner-operator interest applications and organize work documents.
Information submitted
Forms may collect your name, contact details, company or driving experience, truck ownership confirmation and truck details, load information, document dates and uploaded BOLs or fuel receipts. Approved drivers can also upload onboarding documents specifically requested by the company, with expiration dates and review notes. Please send only information needed for your inquiry or work submission.
Driver accounts
Driver accounts use an email address, full name and password. Passwords are stored as salted, one-way hashes. Session cookies keep you signed in. Uploads are tied to your account and visible to you and the authorized company administrator. New accounts are pending until approved by the company owner. Only approved drivers can access the portal or their documents. The owner can reject or suspend access. Approval decisions and the time of the latest change are recorded. Creating or approving an account does not verify ownership of the supplied email address. When email recovery is connected, you can request a time-limited reset link at your registered email address. Otherwise, contact the company for account recovery.
How information is used and stored
Submissions are stored in the website’s database. Uploaded documents are held in private file storage and are available to the authorized company administrator. When the company’s Google Drive integration is connected, documents are also copied into company-controlled folders organized by driver and document type. A successful website upload does not mean Google Drive filing has completed; the upload confirmation shows its status.
When company email is activated, notifications alert the company about new inquiries, applications, registrations and onboarding uploads. Approved drivers can receive an account-approval email. Notification status is recorded; documents are not attached to these emails. The site uses technical identifiers to prevent duplicate submissions and limit abuse. It does not use advertising trackers. The website’s hosting provider processes data needed to operate and secure the service.
Your choices
Contact exit117v@gmail.com to ask about a submission or request correction or deletion. The company may need to retain records for its business and recordkeeping obligations.
Recruiting
The owner-operator interest form is an initial expression of interest, not a complete employment or driver qualification application. Do not submit Social Security numbers, license numbers, medical records or banking information through it.
